When the Pygmy Pony and I took over Root'n Toot'n Radio
some 18 years ago we decided to play all kinds of Music that we felt appropriate
and we still do. There was not a name for what we played back then, now the
new brand name for it is" Americana". Root'n
Toot'n Radio's musical mix features; Honky -Tonk, Rockabilly, Western Cowboy,
Western Swing, Rural Rock, Alternative Country, Classic Country, Bluegrass,
Folk, Blues, Tejano, Old Timey, Cajun , and Zydeco! If the Pony and I like it
we will play it. If you learn of an Artist you want to hear on Root'n Toot'n
Radio, drop the Ranger a piece of Pony Express Mail.
